When booking for more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements/ may apply. Colombian residents living abroad, as well as foreign guests, qualify for a tax exemption when purchasing a tourist package that includes both accommodation and services. To receive this benefit, travelers must present a valid Visa TP‑11 or Permiso Temporal de Permanencia‑5 upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in. Children aged 11 years will incur a breakfast charge when using the existing bed and should be paid at the hotel upon check in. Housekeeping service is not offered. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 13 kg. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Pets cannot be left unattended. Selected rooms only; restrictions apply. If you travel with your child under 18 years, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity or first degree of civil kinship. If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorisation.
