According to Colombian tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens residing abroad are exempt from the 19% VAT upon receiving entry stamp to Colombia which confirms your stay in the country for up to ninety (90) calendar days and has the PT stamp or the current temporary visa type "V".
