House rules: *Lock the window and door when leaving the accommodations. *Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house. *If you have pets, do not let them on the bed or in the pool, and you must pick up their excrement. *Turn off the BBQ and fire pit after use. *Leave the kitchen clean after use or pay a fee of $80,000 COP for deep cleaning of the kitchen. *Use the recycling point to dispose of trash. *Do not trespass on neighboring properties. * When checking out, return towels (hand, body, and foot) and air conditioning and television controls to the host. * If you engage in activities that require decorations, take them down and dispose of the trash at the recycling point. * If something is damaged or broken, you must notify the host and, depending on the circumstances of the incident, you must pay for the damage at check-out. * The reservation fee only covers a maximum of two people. If you bring guests who use the facilities, they must pay $20,000 per person upon arrival, and the time range for their stay is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The host must be notified in advance, and a maximum of 8 people in total are accepted, including the guests in the reservation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
