Each guest must be registered before arrival and show their ID or passport at the building’s reception. ALL PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR PRESENT A NOTARIZED PERMISSION LETTER. Any damage caused to the unit or the property’s belongings must be reported and must be addressed and repaired as soon as possible. In case of fire, evacuate the property. Smoking any type of substance inside the apartment is prohibited; it is only allowed on the building’s balcony. A $50 USD fine will be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment. Pets are allowed, but care must be taken. Any damage will be charged. SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME; ANY DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURISM ESTABLISHMENT FOR PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Every time you leave the unit, turn off the lights and air conditioning, and please leave the windows and front door closed. We ask that you be responsible with water and electricity consumption in the apartment. We are not responsible for any losses inside the unit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
