Violation results in immediate eviction without refund. NO SMOKING INDOORS Smoking inside the suite results in a USD $150 cleaning fee. Balcony/patio may be used for smoking. VISITOR POLICY Visitors are welcome at The Arena House under the following conditions: · All visitors must be 18 years of age or older and present valid original photo ID at the front desk upon arrival — cédula for Colombian nationals, passport for international visitors · Each primary guest on the reservation may register one (1) visitor at no additional charge during their stay. Changing a registered visitor incurs a fee of USD $25 per change and is limited to 1 per day. Any replacement of that visitor is limited to once per day and will incur a USD $25 fee. · The registered guest must personally authorize all visitors for building entry and exit. The máximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people per bedroom all the time. · The registered guest assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their visitors while on the property, including any damage, theft, or disturbance caused · For the safety and wellbeing of all guests and residents, management reserves the right of admission at all times Non-compliance with this policy will result in the appropriate measures being taken, up to and including immediate eviction from the property and notification of the relevant authorities. CHILD POLICY — MANDATORY Minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Original documentation required at check-in: · Parent with child: original government ID + original birth certificate proving first-degree biological or civil relationship · Non-parent guardian: all above + notarized authorization signed by both parents with copies of both parents' ID · Legal tutor/guardian: public deed of guardianship or judicial sentence confirming the legal relationship Any attempt to bring an unregistered minor will be reported to authorities immediately. We comply fully with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 on prevention of child sexual exploitation in tourist facilities. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY We comply with Colombian law on certified service animals. No pets or emotional support animals permitted. JACUZZI RULES (max 4 people) Shower before entering · No food, beverages, or glass near the jacuzzi · No soap or oils in the water · No alcohol or drugs · Children must be supervised at all times · Do not use alone · Max 2 hours per session · Persons with heart conditions, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, or serious illness must consult a doctor before use · Same for pregnant women and elderly guests · Enter and exit slowly — surface may be slippery LOST KEY CARD: USD $25 replacement fee IVA TAX: Colombian guests and foreign visitors who have remained in Colombia for more than 90 days are subject to a 19% IVA tax on accommodation. This will be applied at check-in and verified based on the migration stamp (PT tourism permission).
