As per Colombia´s tax law, only tourists who have a Permit of Entry and Permanence, tourist permit category PT before PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10 are exempt from paying 19% IVA; or visa type V (Visitor) before Visa TP-11 or TP-12 or visa type M (Migrant) before TP -7 or visa type R (Resident). At the time of check-in at the hotel, the corresponding stamp or visa must be shown. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the property doesn't accept reservations with credit cards from other people. The credit card holder must be the same person as the holder of the reservation. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent.
