Shared boat transport service available at an additional cost, with a single departure time of 8:00 am. from Muelle La bodeguita, subject to maritime conditions. Children aged 3–11 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of 48000 COP per child when breakfast is included in the rate. General Conditions: As to take a board the boat you must be present at 8:00 a.m (Cartagena – Majagua) from Bodeguita Dock (one departure per day). Hour of departure 08:30am. Other hours require the rent of boat in exclusive with additional cost for the client, not covered in stay value. The maritime itinerary approximately lasts 1 Hour from such dock. Shared boat transport service available at an additional cost. Hour of Return from the Island (Majagua – Cartagena): Between 14h30 and 15h30 according to conditions of the sea, indicated by the Port Authority (one trip per day). Other hours require the exclusive rent of boat with additional cost for the client, not included in the stay. Restrictions: Pregnant women, drunk persons, or pets in the boat are not permitted. Likewise, it is not permitted smoking during the maritime transport from Cartagena to the Island Check In with child or under-age: By legal provisions, all child or under-age must present identification upon arrival at the Hotel (civil registry or identification card) and shall be accompanied by his/her parent or a responsible adult, without exception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
