People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the property doesn't accept reservations with credit cards from other people. The credit card holder must be the same person as the holder of the reservation. For your safety, the entrance of any guest who has not been identified during the reservation process, or not registered at check in, will be prohibited.
