The building's swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday. - Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is very warm thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year. - The apartment is exclusively for families. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed. - The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed. - It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of 6 people (including children and babies). - The pool of the building is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday. - The entrance times to the apartment are at 4:00 PM and departures before 11:00 AM. (Only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure). - Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration value of 35,000 COP in cash for the stay in the apartment. It is not a value per person. (This amount may vary according to the building regulations and is not included in the total value of the reservation). - The apartment does not have a parking space, but the building provides the parking service in its facilities for a value of 15,000 per day (this amount may vary according to the building regulations and is managed directly at the reception upon arrival).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
