The building's swimming pool is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. - The apartment is exclusively for families. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed. - The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed. - This property has a maximum capacity for 4 people (the access of only 2 additional children under 5 years of age is allowed). - The pool of the building is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, on weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. - The entrance times to the apartment are at 4:00 PM and departures before 11:00 AM. (Only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure). - The apartment has an assigned parking space.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
