Once registered at the reception, you will be given a bracelet that will identify you as guests of the building, which you must wear throughout your stay. This will allow you to enter and exit the building without any problem, and thus make use of all the common areas of the building, pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc. This must be paid at the reception of the Morros Epic Building and has a cost of COP 18,000 per person. Due to the Horizontal Property Regulations of the Morros Epic Building, the maximum capacity allowed is 6 people, additional payments are not permitted, and it is only possible to register guests until 22:00. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Once the reservation is confirmed and for entry, we always require the following information from each guest, including children and babies, at least 48 hours in advance: full names, type of identification, identification number, city of residence and origin, and reason for the trip. These will be sent to the building reception, where they will be required to present their physical identification document, including children and babies. ⁠Every child and adolescent, from 0-17 years old, are not permitted to stay unaccompanied without the property's prior consent, with a copy of the document (RC, TI, NUIP) and a photocopy of the ID of both parents, stating that the parents or guardians of the minor approve the entry of the child and adolescent as guests to the condominium, otherwise under no circumstances will entry be permitted (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1098 of 2006). All guest identification documents must be originals, copies or PDFs are not accepted, except in the case of digital IDs. You must also take into account the following: -Foreigners' passports must have the respective stamps. -Travelers from Mercosur provide a travel strip. -Venezuelan guests must only check in with a passport or passport. -Driver's licenses or documents other than IDs based on nationality are not accepted.
