Guests are required to present original identification documents before their arrival date for registration with the building management. Visitors are not permitted. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Additional hours are charged at COP 50,000 / USD 15.00. Parties that may disturb the peace of the owners or neighbors are prohibited. A COP 600,000 fine will be charged for any such gathering. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, tobacco, etc.) is prohibited inside the apartment. A COP 500,000 penalty will be charged for any violations. You will only receive one key for access to the apartment. Heating is not included. Should you choose to use it, a deposit will be required to cover the cost: COP $200,000 for short stays (1 to 6 nights) / COP $500,000 for long stays (7 nights or more). This amount will be collected before or during your stay. Responsibility for linens and textiles: You are responsible for maintaining the linens, towels, blankets, mattress protectors, and other textiles in good condition. Any damage or permanent stains caused by bodily fluids, cosmetics, dyes, chemicals, or other substances that prevent their use or standard cleaning may result in an additional replacement charge, based on the market value of the affected item.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
