Visitors during your stay: 💠 A maximum of 3 visitors per apartment is allowed. 💠 You must send us a photo of each visitor’s ID before they can enter. 💠 Visitors are not permitted after 8:00 PM. 💠 If you wish to bring an additional guest after 8:00 PM, please add them to the reservation or notify us through Airbnb. 💠 Additional fee (paid via Airbnb). 🏠 Apartment Conduct 💠 No parties or events allowed. 💠 No drugs permitted. 💠 No smoking inside the apartment (fine of USD 250). 💠 Do not move or remove furniture, decorations, or appliances. 💠 Keep the apartment clean and tidy — please treat it with care as if it were your own home. 💠 Dispose of trash properly in designated bins or in the building’s collection area. 🍽️ Dishwashing Policy 💠 Please wash your dishes before checkout. 💠 Unwashed or excessively dirty dishes that require additional cleaning will incur an extra cleaning fee of 50,000 COP. 💠 Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and welcoming for everyone! 🌷 💠 Close windows, turn off lights, and lock doors when leaving the apartment. 🕒 Early Check-in / Late Check-out 💠 Available upon prior approval and subject to availability. 💠 Additional fee: COP 40,000 🤫 Noise & Behavior 💠 Quiet hours after 10:00 PM — please respect your neighbors. 💠 All guests must be registered in advance; unregistered visitors will incur a USD 75 fine per person. 💠 Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 🐕 Pets 💠 Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before booking. 💠 If approved, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. 🧺 Linens & Towels 💠 Please handle towels, sheets, and blankets with care. 💠 Any stained or damaged items may result in an additional cleaning or replacement charge. ⚠️ Penalties 💠 Any violation of these house rules will incur a USD 250 penalty. 🌷 Respect 💠 Please respect your neighbors, building staff, and the local community at all times. 💠 Treat the space as your home — we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the environment pleasant for everyone.
