A Visa TP—11 or Permiso-5 5 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. If you travel with your child under 18, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity or first degree of civil kinship. If the minor does not travel with his parents, the responsible adult must deliver at the reception, in addition to the minor’s identification document, the parents’ permission with personal presentation before a notary public, and a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, he must present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of COP 1200,000 per night. Only in certain rooms; restrictions apply. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room (up to 13 kg).
