Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Upon arrival, a Visa TP—11 or Permiso-55 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Please note this property does not have room service. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. When booking more than 9 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. If you travel with your child under 18 years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father-child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent-adoptive child). If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of COP 120,000 per night per pet. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 13 kg or less.
